Contractor's Grade Screened Topsoil
Our screened topsoil is classified as a contractor's grade soil.  It is screened to a 1/2" minus and has an average organic content of 5%.  At $16.00 per cubic yard, you won't find a better deal in the Hartford area.  Just rake in lime, add fertilizer and grass seed, and keep it well watered and you'll have grass in no time!  We also sell dead leaf compost for garden soil mixes. We can create compost/topsoil mixes in ratios that will meet the needs of whatever garden or lawn project you're working on.  Our soil is kept under covered bins, so no matter what happens, it will always be dry! We can also refer you to one of our preferred contractors for pricing on small scale construction and landscape projects.
Soil Management Solutions
We offer comprehensive soil management solutions for construction companies, utility companies, and municipalities. Both of our facilities in Bloomfield are permitted with the Connecticut DEEP for storage and stockpiling of polluted and contaminated materials.  We can provide your firm with a designated, job and site specific bin for excavation materials that are suspected of being impacted.  We offer testing, analytical review, and administrative support to help classify and handle your excavation material.  Call now and speak with one of our commercial business developers, we will develop a tight knit plan that fits the scope and needs of your next project.
